North African Immigrant Communities

I will be visiting Paris and Marseilles this summer and have not been able to find any information about North African or Arab immigrant communities. In particular, I'm looking to find markets, festivals, and community/historic sites to visit. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Why not contact the tourism offices and ask? There must be lists of festivals etc.. or just google festivales ( fetes) and Paris and see what comes up.
