My parents and I are going back to Europe next year. We will be renting a car in Brugges and driving to Giverny. We want to see Giverny, Roeun, Honfleur, Caen and Utah and Omaha beaches and maybe Bayeux if we have enough time, It this posssible to do this by car in 3-4 day?? Thanks!!

I did this trip last fall and would suggest four days. If you get to Giverny early in the morning, you could see Giverny, Rouen, and Honfleur in one day. Then I would go to Bayeux, which is a better "base" for the D-Day beaches than is Caen and which has good hotels and restaurants. Spend one day seeing the Bayeux tapestry (it only takes about an hour) and Caen, and the rest of the time visiting the D-Day sights. You could also do a part-day trip from Bayeux to Honfleur if you only had time the first day to see Giverny and Rouen. Bottom line - go for it!
