I know that Battlebus tours is not in business anymore. I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for similar tours. I was there two years ago and our guide, Alan, from Battlebus was awesome!! I'd love to connect up with him again when I go back in June. Thanks.

Bob, First of all, a bit of clarification on the previous reply. Overlord Tours was in operation at the same time as BattleBus, and while some of the former BattleBus Guides may now be working for Overlord, they didn't "form" the company (AFAIK). The previous operators of BattleBus Tours (Paul Woodage) are still operating but under a different name. Have a look at www.ddayhistorian.com for all the details. One of the BattleBus Guides did form his own tour company. Have a look at www.daleboothnormandytours.com I've toured with both Paul and Dale, and both are outstanding Guides and provide exceptional tours. Happy travels!
