We are looking for a house with charm, but not to pay an arm & a leg, for our family in the Normandy area the middle of May. Our mother is 83 & walks slowly with a cane; then a place in Paris- apartment would be great, or hotel, but under $200.00 a night per room if it is a hotel. Thanks!! Linda from Atlanta
