I'm guessing ET=Eiffel Tower. According to reports one the elevators is broken so they have suspended reservations until they get it sorted out.

Go before it opens and wait in line.. its the only thing you can do. I would say just take the stairs,,its not that hard and lines for them are never signifcant, but of course they only go to the second level.

I think we'd better wait for clarification from Nancy. ET could be an abbreviation for dozens of different things. The "To the West" portion of the Helpline covers all of Austria, Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Germany, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, not just Paris. So, Nancy, what did you mean, please?

Go an hour before it opens with a coffee, a newspaper, and get to know the others in line with you. You will be in the first group to go up and beat the hordes from the tour buses. We chatted with the guys selling souvenirs, cheaper than buying them in the ET shops, a couple from Dubai, two Sikhs from India, and a Korean couple with no English, and us with no Korean. An hour wait is nothing for a trip to the top of the extra terrestrial..... :-)

Wow, I saw the ET and immediately thought Eiffel Tower, nothing else even occurred to me. I must not be as old as I thought I was. I think it was the context of this board that made it somewhat obvious. Of course I could be wrong and she meant something else entirely, have to wait to see if she responds.
