We have booked a trip to Germany and the Czech Republic and it seems like a few months ago when I started looking into this there was a night train from Munich to Prague. Now, I can't find it on the schedule of any rail websites. Does anyone know if this train still exists and how much it costs? If it is no more, any suggestions on how to quickly travel between the two cities without wasting a lot of our sight-seeing time? Thanks!

I just checked www.bahn.de and didn't find a night train either. It looks like the fastest route takes six hours with no changes. However, if saving money is more important than saving time, buy a Bayern (Bavaria) ticket to get from Munich to Furth i Wald on local trains. Up to five people can travel on one ticket for 27€.
