Nice, France vacation rentals over holidays

Does anyone have any suggestions for vacation rentals in Nice, near the promenade, or towards the east (Villefranche-sur-Mer)? We need to book something soon and I would like to hear from anyone who has any experiences with an apartment rental. We would like to cook in for some meals. Thanks!

There are available and affordable apartment in Nice. You can see the Nice Pebbles which offers holiday rental apartments in Nice and the French Riviera for a range of budgets. There are also the Happyfew Apartment, Apartment Oiseau Bleu, Heart of old town and etc.
