New Year's Eve in Granada

I will be in Granada for New Year's Eve. Any recommendations for a memorable spot for dinner?

Hi JoAnn I'm sorry I can't help, but you made my day. I know which Granada you mean and I don't have an answer. For a teeny tiny moment I thought you might have been referring to the Grenada in the West Indies, a lovely place with a good Cricket history. Most excellent steel pan music, too. Sorry for the digression...

Wherever you decide, RESERVE NOW!!! And, now, it may already be too late. Most restaurants reserve tables for those willing to pay for private New Years Eve parties with dinner included. Again, it may be too late. Rick Steves recommends a number of them.
If you can stand the cold, possibly the BEST place to spend a VERY memorable NIGHT/New Years Eve in Granada would be at the VERY picturesque (outdoor) "El Mirador de San Nicolas" in the Albayzin, overlooking the beautifully illuminated Alhambra. I'm sure this place will be crowded, too, with youngsters with their own bottles and snacks. Just a thought. Best of luck and Happy New Year to you in Granada, Spain!
