We want to see flamenco while in Sevilla and I saw a site that said the venue for Casa de la Memoria de Al-Andalus has changed. Does anyone have any information on this?
Thanks, Ann & Chuck
The website presumably up to date - http://www.casadelamemoria.es/ shows different to the address on this website's page - http://www.exploreseville.com/flamenco.htm
That's an awesome show. Try to get there early to secure some seats (or you may be hanging from the rafters) and also secure your food so you don't have to try and push your way through the crowds with a glass of agua de Sevilla in your hand. Another awesome (and free!!) flamenco show is at Té de Triana, across the river in Triana. I think their flamenco is every Thursday (?) night at 10 (?). I actually enjoyed that show better than La Carbonería and their patata de España was some of the best I had. Enjoy!
Yes. The address is different from the one in Spain 2013 book (we found out last night on our way to the show). It is at Calle Cuna, 6. The show was worth the 15 min walk from the old location!
