Sunday night I ordered 4 tickets to tour Neuschwanstein castle in June. I used their official website. I have not received a confirmation yet and my credit card has not been charged. I did call Capitol One to alert them of the foreign charge. Does it usually take several days to get a response? Should I be worried or reorder?

The Neuschwanstein ticket service has an email address (I know because I contacted them with a different issue). I would send them an email and ask for a confirmation. You should be able to use English.

Lee- the only e mail address I could find on the website was info@ticketcenter-hohenschwangau.de but it bounced back as undeliverable. Do you still have the email address you used?

I see that my email was sent to svneuschwanstein@bsv.bayern.de, and I received my answer from that same address.
I can also see from the website that the email address is info@ticket-center-hohenschwangau.de. Note the "-" between ticket and center. See www.hohenschwangau.de/545.0.html, bottom of page.

I had the same occurrence about a month ago when I ordered seven tickets for June. It took about four days for it to register on my credit card but when it showed up all was well and correct.

Thank you Lee and Jon. After retyping the e mail address with the - I got my confirmation e mail.
