Sunday night I ordered 4 tickets to tour Neuschwanstein castle in June. I used their official website. I have not received a confirmation yet and my credit card has not been charged. I did call Capitol One to alert them of the foreign charge. Does it usually take several days to get a response? Should I be worried or reorder?
The Neuschwanstein ticket service has an email address (I know because I contacted them with a different issue). I would send them an email and ask for a confirmation. You should be able to use English.
Lee- the only e mail address I could find on the website was [email protected] but it bounced back as undeliverable. Do you still have the email address you used?
I see that my email was sent to [email protected], and I received my answer from that same address.
I can also see from the website that the email address is [email protected]. Note the "-" between ticket and center. See www.hohenschwangau.de/545.0.html, bottom of page.
I had the same occurrence about a month ago when I ordered seven tickets for June. It took about four days for it to register on my credit card but when it showed up all was well and correct.
