last weekend I used the site: https://www.hohenschwangau.de/?id=856 to make reservations for Neuschwanstein, but I haven't heard back. I sent e-mails from two different e-mail addresses requesting confirmation, but have gotten no reply. Is this normal? Does it take a while to process? I don't want to try again for fear I will end up with double reservations. Any previous experience, or advice would be appreciated.

if you arrive in Germany earlier than you actual visit day, you can have hotel front desk to call the reservation office. it's much easier that way, if not top season. the last time I had my hotel to call from wuzburg and it took me a few days to work down there and everything is perfect.

We will be going in early July, We will land in Germany a couple of days early, but I'm concerned that it will be very busy. I also am concerned that I have tried to, maybe have made reservations, just have not gotten confirmation.

I was able to get through on the phone this morning, they are just backed up with requests and will get to it as soon as they can.
