I am interested in taking a day bus tour to Neuschwanstein from Munich rather than going independently or by train. Any recommended tours or companies? thank you!

We did a tour there a few years ago. It also went to Linderhof. I can't remember the company but we booked it at the tourist center at the Neus Rathaus on Marienplatz.

Have you read any of the reviews for the various companies that offer this kind of tour over on Trip Advisor? There you can read candid reports and current feedback about whether the tour was good or bad, or if the offer was consistent with the reality, prices, etc.
