Looks reasonable to me. At least for Belgium, you can get a carnet of 10 tickets good throughout the country for a reasonable price. There might be some better rail pass combo available, but I'll refer that question to the rail gurus on this site.

For Leuven- go in the late afternoon or evening and have a drink with the students at one of the outdoof cafes on the Oude Markt (not the more grand Grote Markt, which is usually less lively).

Namur is OK for a brief visit, but if you can squeeze in a few extra hours, take the spur line to Dinant. Neither city really has anything in the way of fascinating sites, but Dinant is one of the most scenic towns in the Ardennes. Both cities have hill-top citadels, neither of which are very interesting, other than the views.

Sounds good to me, although you may be spending a little more time in Holland that I might. Vianden is very pretty, we really liked that corner of Luxembourg, but you may want a car. We rented a car in Trier (car rentals were much less expensive in germany) and drove back into Luxembourg, even though we had just come through there on the train (we did Amsterdam - Bruges - Brussels then Trier, all by train, and then picked up our rental there). It worked out great.

I sent you a PM (personal message) with a link to some photos of the area.

Have a great trip!
