Neighborhoods of Paris Jump to bottom Posted by Kathy (liberty, nc, usa) on 10/27/09 10:21 AM I will be visiting Paris in March and am considering a small flat near the Pier Lachase cemetary. Will this be a safe area to be out at night? The flat is ground floor.
