Is it practical to use a discount airline in Spain?
I was thinking Madrid to Barcelona as it is a long train ride and wonder how practical in terms of money is it to fly?
Can you book on line while you are in Spain and is that an easy process? Are their airports way out of the way from the cities?

According to www.whichbudget.com, the budget airlines that fly Madrid-Barcelona are Vueling and Air Europa. I would think that you can book online from anywhere.

You m ight also try www.edreams.es virtual travel agency which will help you book cheapest flights. Or you might try www.iberia.es they usually have cheaper LAST MINUTE fares.
