Traveling to Madrid, Granada, Seville, ronda and maybe Gibraltor..are there any must see museums, attractions, events, festivals, castles, natural wonders, possible wild animals, beaches or natural history museums that I shouls definitely do? Thanks
Seriously? You might want to look at a few guidebooks. There isn't space enough here to write one for you. You have given us no idea, for example, of when you will be traveling, which makes it difficult to list festivals which might occur while you are there.
alicia, I tend to agree with the previous reply. Each traveller has different "must see" criteria, so it's difficult to suggest sites for someone else. I also agree that it would be helpful to have some idea what you're interested in seeing, the time frame of your trip, when you'll be travelling and other details. You might find it helpful to stop by your local Library or larger bookstores and have a look at the RS Spain Guidebook, as that has a LOT of good information. The book contains ratings for the sites that most people tend to visit and prioritizes them based on what's worth seeing vs. sites that are "nice to see if you have time but not essential". Happy travels!
Every good guidebook lists the must sees. If you cannot afford to purchase the guidebooks, then go to your public library and check out the books and travel DVDs for your areas of interests. Then come back with specific questions about what interests you.
What dates? How long? It's a wonderful area. I was there recently for 3 weeks - lots to see and do.
Thank you for your help. Im traveling for two weeks, from June 25th to July 10th. Arriving in Madrid and staying a couple of nights, then going to Granada for three nights, taking day trips to toledo, Seville, Cordoba and Gibraltor; finally traveling to Ronda for 2-3 nights
