Munich, Vienna or Prague in winter

My husband and I are looking to spend 10 days in Munich/Vienna or Munich/Prague this winter, the day after Christmas through New Years. Would you recommend either or these cities at this time, or someplace else in Europe? We don't mind the cold and looking for some fun, culture, and adventure.

Munich. For the simple reason that it is closer to the Alps. Of course other towns are closer, but it would still make for nice day trips. Even if you don't ski, the scenery would be better.
