Munich to Vienna.. Booking sites ahead.

Does anyone know off hand which sites in Munich or Vienna need to booked in advanced to avoid lines?

We were just in Munich, Vienna and Zurich a year ago and enjoyed ourselves immensely. I would definitely recommend training to Fussen and visiting the castles while in Munich - amazing. The lines for tickets get really long, and there are only a certain number per day. Get them in advance - here is one site for the castles.
Schloss Neuschwanstein - http://www.neuschwanstein.de/
And go to Straubinger Haus for dinner while in Munich. Very typical German food, full of locals. The pork knuckle and knodel are amazing.

In Vienna, book ahead for Schoenbrunn Palace by going to their website. You download your ticket and show it at the entrance and won't have to wait on the long line. Have fun!

Don't know if you need to book ahead for Deutches Museum in Munich, but we were sorry we didn't have more time there. It's like the Smithsonian.
