munich and the surrounding areas can use about a week of your time. There is Munich city centre itself and its museums and churches, andrechs the monastery a few kilometers south by the lake, dachau, in the north west. All that should take about 3 days.
Rent a car and drive to Herrenchiemsee, and the island has a palace that is the replica of Versailles and then head to Berchestgaden where you can visit the salt mine, Konigsee, the highest, purest lake in Germany and where the winter Olympians train, the Document Center in Obersalzberg, the museum for Hilter, the bunker, the Eagle's Nest.
Then drive about 15 KM to Salzburg and enjoy the beautiful city of Mozart.
Berchestgaden is pristine and beautiful and a fraction of the cost of Salzburg. I would not advise you to drive from Germany to Paris. all Paris freeways are tolled and you will be paying a lot. Take the train instead.
