Any recommendations for a shop that carry's folding/hunting knifes in Munich?

You could try the WMF shop in Munich. It's centrally located, near the Marienplatz, fairly close to the subway stop and Frauenkirche. WMF stands for Wuerttembergische Metallwarenfabrik (Metal wares factory). They carry upscale tableware (China, silver, etc.) and knives, as well. They're located at #8 Weinstrasse. Since I wasn't looking for hunting knives, I can't tell you if they actually carry any but I'm pretty sure they can tell you where to go if they don't have them. Ask for Jagdmesser.
