munich hotel(s)

can anyone offer their opinion of hotel eder in munich? they seem to offer considerably less costly rooms during oktoberfest than do many hotels and i am wondering why....they do not have an elevator and that may be one reason.... there are 2 of us and we want shower, toilet and breakfast... thanks walt sf bay area, california

Walt, if you find a place, book it. By the time you hear back from anyone, someone else may well have taken the last room. As responses to your previous post make clear, available rooms are rare and hard to find in Munich during Octoberfest.
