I will be in Munich from July 25 thru July 28th, and I was wondering if anyone knows of any fun festivals or events happening there at that time?

I don't know of any special festivals that take place at that time, so i looked on the city's website, which is muenchen.de . While I didn't find any indication of any particular festivals during the time you are there, the "events calendar" on the website lists lots of things that WILL be going on - everything from classical music to jazz, art, photography exhibits, etc. Looks like you will have no shortage of things to do in three days !
