Multi-day Guide Walking Tours of Paris for the French-Deprived?

Is there such a thing as a guided Paris walking tour for non-French speakers, ideally one meets you at the station or offers a deal on the Chunnel? Multi-day would be nice.

I love to go walkabout in cities, but my abysmal lack of French makes me hesitate to do that in Pais. A guided walking tour that took me to different parts of Paris on different days might be the answer.

In my research I came across the following:
www.cityfreetour.com/

which offers free walking tours of different neighbourhoods of Paris. As well, if you go to the blog, 'I Prefer Paris' you will get loads of tips about walking tours...the blogger is an expat American who does walks in various neighbourhoods. As well, if you go to 'David Lebovitz's' blog (he too is a San Fran expat/pastry chef) he has loads of great info about Paris.

take a look at the RS book. He lists companies that offer guided tours in English.

Doesn't Rick have walking tour apps for smart phones? I haven't looked them up yet as my trip is in September, but I remember reading somewhere that you could download the apps if you have a smart phone.

Correct me if I am wrong...

Before you book a walking tour-the city is huge-take a bus tour first to familiarize yourself with the major areas you may want to "walk" later. In a couple of hours, you'll be reasonably oriented and because the tour has an English version, knowledgeable as well.

I don't mean to discourage you from doing a walking tour if that's what you really want to do, but it sounds like you're asking because you're intimidated about walking in a city in which you don't speak the language. Don't be. France is the most touristed country in the world and very few visitors speak the language. Be polite, learn please and thank you, and I can't imagine you will have any problems at all. There are good self guided walking tours in the RS Paris book--use those instead.
