This may be a naive question, but please humor me. I have to make an 8 or 9 AM train connection from Rennes the morning I'm leaving Mt S Michel (in late Sept). I'm have a 9 to 11 hour train trip that day from Rennes to Lourdes. The first bus from MSM to Rennes will arrive in Rennes too late. Any way to get a taxi from MSM to Rennes? Do taxis drive on the island of MSM? And if so, it looks like about 30 miles. Any idea of the cost? Or, if you see another option? (other than getting a hotel in Rennes that last night, which is the alternative I see). Thanks!
