In October, we are traveling from somewhere (?) in Italy to Vienna and thought a train ride through alps is a good idea. The train form Venice takes awhile and we heard that the most beautiful section will be dark when we are traveling. Any suggestions? Maybe a different route? Or maybe fly to Vienna and take a day trip through mountains?
