I am thinking of going to Montserrat. I do have my global Eurail pass. Is the trip to Montserrat covered by this or do I need to purchase the individual ticket?

Trains from Barcelona to Montserrat are provided by the FGC rail company. According to the Eurail website at http://www.eurail.com/eurail-passes/pass-benefits/benefits-spain you get a 50% discount on the fare with a Eurail pass.
