We are traveling from Montreux to Interlaken and would like to stop off at Gruyeres. Would an hour be long enough to see everything? Is there lockers at Montbovon station or at Gruyeres? Thank you!

An hour is not long enough. Three to four hours is more realistic, not including the nearby chocolate factory in Broc. There are no lockers in Gruyeres, but there is a luggage hold desk in Montbovon: http://tinyurl.com/9hozbo2
