We are taking out granddtr to Paris in June for 8 days (we have an apartment in #6) and would like to have her sketched in Montmartre. What is the cost of a sketch or a painting? Thanks, Dorsey

Wild guess is that they'll ask fifty bucks and take less, depending on how busy they are. Was walking around there with a buddy a few months ago and a guy did a scissor-silhouette (which only took a couple of minutes), not sure what the asking price was, but my friend was out of euros, gave him a twenty dollar bill. Not much help but a start. I've seen the signs but never was interested so don't recall what they said. Sorry.

Prices are negotiable. I think the average runs between 20 and 40 Euro. The all have samples on display.
