Monet Exhibit - are they checking IDs against ticket names?

I have 1 electronic ticket for November 2nd at 1900. I'm not going to be able to use it and would be happy to give it to someone who can, especially since the site is showing November 29th as the earliest open slots. However, it does list my name. Does anyone know if they are actually checking IDs?

Hi LeAnn,

Nobody asked me for identification when I was there a few weeks ago. There is security out front, controlling the lines of people waiting, all you have to do is show them that you have a ticket. Once inside, I just walked into the exhibit - not much security inside and nobody was asking for ID.

It's too bad you are not able to go - the exhibit is fabulous!

Thanks very much for the information. I will be seeing the exhibition, just a few weeks later.

Any suggestions of how to offer the ticket up for anyone who can use it?
