Greetings travellers! I'm going to be in Berlin for a few days in May, including on a Monday. I notice that many sites are closed Mondays. Any good suggestions for an activity that day? Maybe shopping or ?? Thanks! Todd

Just realized that the Reichstag is open for vistors on Monday, so that's one good idea. Will make reservations

You will have no problem finding something to do on Monday. Among some of the things open: Walking tours with Insider Tours or Berlin Walks DDR Museum Berlin Zoo Pergamon Museum German Historical Museum and the list could go on and on.

Todd, We travel to Berlin every year because we have family there and one of my favorite activities is just walking through a neighborhood. Kreuzburg is my favorite and it is easily accessible on U-Bahn. Ka De Wa is a grand department store that rivals Harrods in London. It also has an interesting restaurant on the 7th floor as well as food bars on the 6th floor (the gourmet food area). The Jewish Museum, I believe, is open on Mondays Enjoy Barbara
