monasteries/convent in spain

Has anyone ever stayed at a monastery/convent in Spain? My itinerary isn't set yet, I'll be there 4 weeks, and I'd appreciate any recommendations from anywhere in Spain. I've done convent stays in Italy and enjoyed it.
