Monaco changing of the guard in November?

I understand that the Palais du Prince in Monaco is not open in November. Could someone tell me whether the changing of the guard still happens daily during that time? Thanks!

I can't answer that question but I would like to let people know that if it is drizzling, don't bother to go for the changing of the guard. We went mid-September and there was a slight drizzle (some were using umbrellas but it was definitely not a downpour) and hundreds of tourists stood behind the rope awaiting the ceremony. At precisely noon, one guard walked away, another took his place and that was it.

Just a note that if you are Monaco on a Sunday, the buses and all entrances are free....Try to visit the Jardins Exquisite...they are very aptly named.
