Family group of eleven, too many for a self-drive rental van, wishes to rent a mini-bus, with driver, for nine days of travel from Paris to Normandy, Loire, Switzerland, Germany & return to Paris. Do NOT need a guide, we know Europe. Help on renting mini-bus with properly licensed driver?

The keywords in French for your search would be "louer voiture avec chauffeur" or "Louer camionette avec chauffeur" or "location véhicle avec chauffeur" You'll then have to contact any of those places for a quote. I imagine the cost is going to be astronomical. You could always rent two mini-vans and do the driving yourselves without needing a special license. Just make sure everything is ok with taking the car to other countries.

Thank you, Dina. Your suggested phrases worked well. We prefer not to split family group. Yes, we anticipate this service will be costly, but worth it.

Sixt offers chauffeured minibuses, etc. On their website, choose the "MORE" tab and then "Limousine Service." (More than just limos.) No idea how much it costs.

Thank you, Angela. We checked the Sixt web site and like what we saw. Sixt would probably be priced very competitive. Does anyone have first-hand experience with a similar mini-bus, with driver, tour?
