We are going to be spending a few days on the Mosel, starting in Trier and meandering towards Koblenz. Our prime focus is wine from the middle Mosel -- roughly the stretch from Bernkastel downstream to Zell.
We're looking for recommendations of super guest houses and Weinguts (looking for those brooms). Criteria are Steves' style Europe by the back door, bargains, and excellent wines and wineries.
Recommendations for stopping points greatly appreciated.
