Metropolticket Stuttgart

Huh, I'd never even heard of it. But thanks for alerting me to this, it will save me some money on our weekend day trips to various places in the area! But it really depends on where you are planning on going/how long you are in the area. It looks like this ticket is a good value if you're traveling outside the Stuttgart city center area and going to museums/attractions outside that area. If you are staying within the city proper, a day use ticket for the VVS system (guessing 2-3 zones, that will cover you going almost everywhere within the city) will still be cheaper. It's hard to find a list of the museum discounts the Metropolticket covers in English and my browser is crapping out on me wrt translation right now. What sights are you planning to see in the area?
