Meeting up at TLS Airport

Hello. My wife and I are travelling to SW France with friends. We are all arriving the same day at TLS and are looking for any advice on a good place to meet up in the airport. We arrive about 3 hours apart, the best bet we have is around the Budget Rentals Desk. Does anyone else have suggestions or even a map of TLS? Thanks
