Martigny - Chamonix in late June by bus or train not car

I will be trying to get to Chamonix late in the day in late June, from Martigny. I have had little luck finding reliable online schedules for buses or trains from M to C. Can anyone help me here, please? Most of what I've found so far is either for earlier than late June or for completely impractical routings with 5 changes from M to C via Lausanne, then boat across the lake, etc! Gimme a break! I KNOW there are more practical routings; I just can't find them online, incl on bahn.de and obb.ch (the one with the 5 changes and the "cruise")!

Tom , For some reason the websites tend to send you up to Lake Geneva and ultimately to Geneva-Annemasse-St. Gervais and finally Mont Blanc Express to Chamonix ,Whew !! If you look on SBB.CH and put in Martigny-Chamonix via Vallorcine or via Chatelard le Frontiere ,the route should show up . Keep in mind that due to major construction on the line ( going from single to double track ) between Chamonix and Vallorcine , there is temporary bus service on this leg . From what I understand , the full rail schedule is to be fully operational sometime after April 1 or thereabouts . I'm taking this route myself this coming October ,it's supposed to be a beautiful ride !!Enjoy!

Also , since schedules change in June , they don't show it before the change , I think .
