Marriott Vacation Club outside Paris

Yes, my wife and I traded into the property (our "home" property is Marriott's Desert Springs in Palm Desert) and stayed there for a week in May. We had friends join us. It is a very nice property. We had a leased Renault and used the villa as a base for day trips to areas east and south of Paris. We only went into Paris once, to return the car on the day before we departed. That day, we returned to Disneyland on the RER and took the local bus back to the Marriott. It was an easy trip, although the complete return trip took over an hour. Bottom line, it's a very nice property, particularly if you have a car and plan to visit areas around Paris. I'm not so sure I'd recommend it if you plan to spend each day going back and forth to Paris.
