Have you tried using Google to find a someplace? I tried and found some listings. You could also try for health clubs or spas. There should also be pharamacies in the area. You could ask there or get something to use such as something like Aspercream or a heating pad. Since I don't remember if you should be using heat or cold, you can also use a bag of frozen peas from a "larger" grocery store. Since you are looking for something rather specific, it would be good to have a small French-English dictionary so you can ask for information. I hope this posting isn't too late for help.

Matthew,, go on tripadvisor.com paris forums, there are alot of locals and expats on that forum and they are usually much better at specific help for things like this.. one lady needed a certain type of baby formula there once and a local went around her neighborhood and found the stores that sold it, something most of us tourists wouldn't have time or knowledge to do..

er and this is a bit delicate, but Marais being a popular "gay" ( as well as Jewish) area , its best to be clear you want a medical massage, lol
