madrid hotel

A great website to use for Madrid is Madridman.com, he has links to more hotels, hostels, hostales just about any place you'd ever need. If price is a factor consider hostales, they are privately owned hotels, I've stayed in a couple find them to be a great bargain. Most have A/C, ensuite bathrooms and television.

We stayed at the Hostal Cruz Sol last summer. Great location in between Plaza del Sol and Plaza Mayor. Very clean and updated rooms... a little small, but we figured the majority of the time in our rooms we'd be sleeping! ;)
