Where in the Madrid airport is the luggage storage. We will have two Rick Steves backpacks we would like to drop off at the airport before heading over to the Prado. At this time it looks like our Iberian flight will land in either Terminal 1 or 4. Are the luggage storage close to the gates or on the other side of security? Your help will be greatly appreciated!

Secure lockers:
Lockers are located in both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2.
1 day or less costs 3.60 euros for a small or large locker
2 – 15 days costs 4.64 euros per day (large) or 3.61 euros per day (small)
Larger storage space is available. (Tel: (0034) 91 393 6805)
It appears from the Madrid airport website that Iberia only arrives at Terminals 4 and 4S.

Like you, I was surprised to see Terminal 1 on our ticket info because it looks like it should be Terminal 4. Thanks for the info on the lockers!
