We will be staying 3 nights in Lyon in early June. The Frommer's guide says Lyon has the most humid summers in France, but does that usually start in early June? In other words, should we look for a hotel with air conditioning?
Any hotel recommendations that are convenient to Vieux Lyon, preferably for under 120 euros? We'd like comfortable bed, modern bath, and fairly quiet location. Grande Hotel des Terraux sounds good but I'd like another option in case too expensive and/or no availability.

I was in Lyon in late May early June one time and I tried to swich hotels for Air conditioning... of course no rooms were available.... We had a hard time sleeping with the window open. I highly recommend that you get a hotel with air conditioning.
