Does anyone know how easy it would be to manage luggage on trsins from Granada to Cordoba then on to Madrid. We are a family of five and will have a large suitcase each plaus a day pack. I'm trying to decide whether to leave the rental car when we get to Granada and then take the train to Madrid (probably don't need a car in Granada)or whether it is easier for us to keep the car and drive to Madrid.

The only problem I can mention is the one we had lifting our luggage onto the cars when the platform level was lower. That may not always be true. Sometimes the level will be the same.
The conductor will sometimes assist you with your luggage. Remember that there is no luggage checking system; you have to watch your luggage as you travel.
