Lugano: how to spend 4 hours there

So i was planning on going on the scenic william tell express from Lucern to Lugano and I will have a few hours to spend in Lugano before I catch another train to Rome, does anyone have any suggestions about what to do in these few hours? (Between 5PM and 9PM)
