Lucca (actually Pisa airport if need be) to Barcelona

Any ideas on travel time? Better to take train or plane? From which city? Thx

20 to 25 hours by train, changing at least in Firenze and Torino, including a sleeper train.

Looks like better schedules and cheaper fares if you fly from Florence.
