Hello, Looking to stay in Berlin from Oct 1 - Dec 15. Any suggestions on finding a place to stay? I've searched through the site and seen links to: sabbaticalhomes.com homelidays.com vrbo.com
homeaway.com Although looks like the last 3 are all the same, just a different brand. Or is there a craigslist equivalent that I should be looking at? Any experiences or advice would be great. Thanks so much.

Berlin's website has a page dedicated to apartment rentals. You will probably find a better selection there than on any booking website.

Owen, here is a website that you have to click your way through to get to Berlin; it also gives you the various areas and parts of the city and then you get descriptions of the apartments. I haven't used it yet but I did select an apartment I want to check out when I next go to Germany. The website should give you the English version, if not, there's an English flag at the top to click. If you speak German, you'll note that the site is called vacation house rental....
