Are there reasonable train schedules/fares between London and Frankfurt? For some value of "reasonable"... I realize this will vary by individual, but just general feedback would be fine. Thanks.

Yep, there are. First, you take the Eurostar from St. Pancras in London to Paris. If you book early and are willing to accept non-refundable and non-exchangable tickets, you can get fares as low as 39pounds. Once in Paris, you take the great German ICE train from Paris-Est to Frankfurt with no train changes. Trip takes just under 4.0hrs. I see fares as low as 39Euro on that train run as well. Book early.
