We once stayed at the Parma hotel, which was very pleasant and the plus was that there was a municipal underground car park just across the road.

Hotel de Londres y de Inglaterra has a great location on the bay. It has been a long time since we stayed there but it's still good. It's one of those places where it's worth it to pay for the view if the budget allows.
