Would the Hotel Niza or hotel londres be better in June of 2012?

That's a toughy. Both Hotel Niza (3-stars) and Hotel Londres (4-stars) are on the beach overlooking La Concha Bay. You might first contact both hotels to see if they have a room available for June 2012. I know it sounds crazy, but you might have trouble getting a room in these two very-popular, beach front hotels. Don't expect to be swimming or tanning. The water will be freezing and the average high temperatures for June in "San Se" is 72ºF!! Still, these beach front hotels are popular so you might first check availability.
