Lockers in Rouen France

Hello. I'm reevaluating my travel plans for August. We will be dropping our rental car in Rouen and heading to Gare du Nord. Does anyone know if there are lockers in Rouen to leave luggage for several hours? Thanks.

We were there 3 years ago and there were no lockers or a place to check your bags.
